Our Story
If artists cannot financially sustain themselves they will cease to pursue & create art and the loss will be catastrophic
Help us keep the artificial
OUT of the arts.
We are afraid. As members of the arts community, we are concerned for our financial well-being, intellectual property and the integrity of the art we create. What will become of this world if Ai replaces the painters, the actors, the sculptors, the musicians, the creators, the writers, the graphic designers, the artisans, the photographers, the models, the singers, and, all the artists? Humanity's greatest gift to the world has always been art and Art is what makes our species unique. The creative spark that makes people pursue and admire the arts has long been how we celebrate our unique cultures and how people break down cultural barriers.
Ai
What We Stand To Lose
Actors
Ai is affecting actors and reducing their income. Celebrities' faces, voices, and likenesses are being stolen or generated from datasets. But did you know It's happening to run-of-the-mill screen actors and voiceover actors too? If we don't take action, thousands of actors will struggle to find work.
Writers
Ai is young and it's writing skills are riddled with errors and issues. But this will change rapidly. The publishing industry is already feeling the effects of Ai generated works. We will see a decline in copywriters, screenplay authors and poets too.
Painters
How many homes and businesses will knowingly or unknowingly display prints, canvases, and other pieces mass-produced by Ai? Will the painter's brushes and tools become obsolete? Will commissioned paintings and portraits become a thing of the past? Or a rare luxury of the ultra-elite?
Photographers
Perhaps no industry has been harder hit by digital advancements than photography. Virtually everyone with a smartphone considers themselves a photog, making it difficult for pros to sell their artwork. Now, AI is making it even harder for photographerd their value and worth.
Artisans
Inexpensive machine mass production is already taking a toll on these trades. Sculptures, glass blowers, pottery makers, and wood and textile workers are finding it harder and harder to make a living and support their families with their time-honored trades. It's time to honor them once again.
Museums
Will they become dusty tombs that remind us of what we used to create? Will future generations fail to recognize the artistic triumphs of classical and historic works of art? And what about new exhibits? Will new artists be showcased for their cultural and artistic significance? Will there even be any new art?

Art is when a human tells another human what it is to be human.
